Team of Activity Leaders
We have a team of professionals
InSity Group operates this position to maximize the staff-to-student ratio and to ensure the camp has a ready replacement for any activity leader in case of emergency. We have coordinators, activity leaders, and assistants so that the experience and safety of the students remain the top priority.
Coordinators

Coordination of the daily program operations, including client relations, as well as guidance and supervision of camp staff.

Communication of the program schedule to both students and activity leaders.

Overall safety of the clients attending the program.
Monitors
Activity leaders are responsible for executing and supervising various parts of the day, including:

Meal times
-
Afternoon sports and cultural activities

Providing assistance to students, teachers, staff, and coordinators

Evening entertainment activities
-
Wake-up / bedtime routines (activity leaders sleep on the same floor of the residence as the students)

Transfers from the airport to the residence
Assistants
The main role of an assistant activity leader is to support the main activity leader. Assistant activity leaders are involved in various activities, airport-to-residence transfers, and accompany groups around the city.
